Shipping cost
LVCDTECH currently offers free delivery. The checkout page will display the delivery method and final order total before payment.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, product availability, supplier location, customs, and carrier conditions. Unless a different period is agreed, we aim to deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days.
Tracking and split deliveries
Where tracking is available, details may be sent after dispatch. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages or on different dates.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@lvcdtech.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
International orders
International customers are responsible for checking local import restrictions. Customs duties, taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states otherwise.
Delays, loss, and damage
If an order is late, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact support@lvcdtech.com with the order number. Please also check the delivery address, safe places, neighbours, and carrier updates. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
