These Terms and Conditions apply when you browse or buy from LVCDTECH. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Products and prices
We aim to describe products accurately. Images may be illustrative, colours can vary by screen, and availability may change. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before accepting an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, or an obvious error has occurred.
Delivery
Delivery is free unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Estimated dates are not guarantees. Unless another period is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Risk passes when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.
Returns and faulty goods
Your statutory rights are not affected. Eligible online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days after delivery, followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. Separate rules and exceptions may apply; see our Returns and Refund Policy. Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods may qualify for repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, LVCDTECH is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
